I specialize in residential sales, investment properties, selling and buying previous owned homes. I also enjoy helping people who do not wish to buy find rental properties. I moved to San Antonio in 2001. I am the Broker/Owner of B & K Realty. I have been quoted in the REALTOR® magazine and I have written several articles for the Real Estate Newsline newspaper. I have taught Real Estate courses at St. Philips College and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®. I am a Texas Real Estate Commission, MCE approved instructor. I am the 2007 Past President of the Independent Real Estate Professional and the 2009 President of the San Antonio Association of Real Estate Brokers.
