Despite what anyone says about our business, experience and knowledge counts more than ever these days. With all the disclosures and constant addition of new ones, you need to become a “student” of the game. Our business has become more demanding over the years and the days of being a “part time” agent are over.
Real estate has matured, becoming a very fast paced complex business and waits for no one. I think more people are coming to the business with solid business backgrounds and it’s helping our industry grow-up and have a much more professional look and feel. Gone are the days of the “red” jackets and the car magnets with agents’ pictures.
As the role of technology drives us to an even faster paced environment, Realtors’ need to embrace it more than ever and understand that clients’ are demanding higher levels sophistication with their agent. Agents that are unwilling to become educated in new technologies will be left in the dust.
It’s my goal to give each of our clients’ the best customer experience possible in this new real estate market and still work towards making the process comfortable and as low stress as possible. Having a solid business background prior to real estate, allows me to utilize those skills to develop our team support model and eliminate costly delays in the buying or selling process. In addition, our focus on technology allows us to maximize our efficiency with respect to giving our clients as many buying options as possible.

“Bill assisted us with the purchase of a house and the later sale of our condo. My experience with Bill as both buyer and seller was thoroughly positive. I found him to be very knowledgable about the communities in which we were looking to buy as well as the community in which we were selling. During our home search we provided parameters of what we were seeking, and he was able to identify a number of suitable prospective properties base on our preferences, one of which is our new home. In restrospect, I think we were pretty picky buyers and pretty selective our search, and Bill was accomodating the entire time. There was never any pressure applied, and we valued his expertise and candor throughout the process of seeking a new home.
