For one thing, I have been involved with Internet commerce almost since it's inception in the early 1990's (please, no Al Gore jokes).  From a Seller's perspective, this experience gives me the ability to use the vast medium of the internet to help Market your home... after all, getting your home in front of Agents and interested Buyers is the principle method of selling your property. 

And if you select me as your Buyer's Agent, I will provide you with information that is timely, accurate, and comprehensive.  After we find the right property for you, I will handle all aspects of the transaction, including negotiating the best possible terms and conditions for you.    My wife Cindy and I are permanent residents of Big Bear, and together we have four children and five grandchildren who love to visit our 4-seasons sylvan community.  We have lived in Big Bear for more than 8 years.  

My background consists of 30 years of Sales and Marketing... from Product marketing to Corporate image marketing to Sales Channel development to the Board of Directors for several corporations. This background gives me the experience of working through large and small problems, keeping the Client happy, and creating a win-win situation for all concerned... It also gives me the guts to say "no" to terms that aren't in my client's best interest.
