Born in Burlington, Bill Desautels is a fourth-generation Vermonter. Bill has been licensed to sell Vermont real estate since 1978. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Bill's dedication, creativity and leadership abilities quickly launched him to become a leading real estate agent in the greater Burlington area. Bill has gone on to become the #1 RE/MAX agent in Vermont and as of July 2002 he owns the #1 RE/MAX office in Vermont, RE/MAX North Professionals. Bill is the President of the Vermont Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Chapter and is currently a member of the Home Builder's Association, the Realtor's National Marketing Institute and the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors. Bill is also a Chairman Club member, the highest Club level award given by RE/MAX.  In 2008 The Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors name Bill as the Realtor of the Year.  This award is bestowed on the Realtor who demonstrates high principles of integrity, adherance to the Realtor Code of Ethics and furthers professionalism in the real estate industry.
