Bill has been a Florida resident since 1989, and has provided
professionalism, and experience to clients for the past 18 years,

Bill has been a consistent Multi Million Dollar producer with Watson Realty since his inception In 1998. And Holds Several awards Locally and Nationally,with Many accredited designations.
Bill is originally from Youngstown Ohio, and has graduated from Youngstown State University, with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate ,and holds a minor In Real Estate Law. After Graduating Bill Moved directly to Orlando and worked in the corporate world for several years with McDonalds Corp, and has extensive experience in Real Estate sales land Development / and acquisitions. Bill has strong negotiating experience in selling your home or buying a home.
Bill lives in Kissimmee with his wife and there Dog named JC, Bill Speaks Fluent Greek, he serves his community as HOA vice president, and Treasurer of over 500 homes.

We received committment and complete follow thru, even though our situation was difficult being in California. Bill was very professional,honest and always returned our calls.
