How I started:
In 1995 I purchased my first home. Since then I have purchased, rented, and sold many properties through out the United Sates. I've worked and trained with some of the best and well known investors nationally / internationally.
On my path to helping others buy real estate I first stepped into the roll inthe mortgage industry. I found this to be a very important step in my Real Estate carrier. Understanding the financing aspects of a real estate transaction is not only very important, it is essential when representing buyers and sellers.
It's not just a matter of making sure a buyer is qualified to purchase a property. Knowing what products, terms, and programs lenders offer can save both the buyer and seller lots of time and money. With this knowledge I can assist buyers to negotiate saving tens of thousands of dollars associated with the costs of purchasing a home and easily reduce monthly mortgage payments. When representing the sellers I can help them negotiate a higher selling price when they offer to work with the buyers lender by reducing the buyers interest rate and payments.
