I am a Loan Officer with Fire Dream Mortgage.  My competitive advantage is Rate Window.  Rate Window is a widget that anyone can can attach to their website.  It is the first application that shows clients wholesale mortgage rates.  Not only do we show people our rates, but we pass the Yeild Spread Preimium on to the customer.  We charge a flat fee, and any money that we would normally would collect from the lender on the back end we give to the customer at closing.  We are making the mortgage process transparant!
