BENJAMIN HARTMAN
The Hartman Team is comprised of a dynamic group of Realtors with the ability to fulfill your Real Estate needs. We pride ourselves on being attentive, responsive, and professional with all of our clients and customers.
I started in real estate in the down market of 2009. A great learning experience for a new agent, after which I learned to effectively help my clients and customers succeed in any market. My experience in Professional Golf and being a PGA Tour Caddie has helped me prepare for this role in more ways then one.
I spent years making decisions for myself and others that could have an impact of thousands of dollars in any direction. Performing under pressure and making sound educated decisions in the best interests of the individuals I work with is my specialty. Working within the real estate business gives me a great deal of satisfaction. My associates and I aim to make it an educational and low stress experience for our clients. Real estate transactions are often the biggest dollar based decisions people make. My team and I are well prepared to handle every situation and guide our clients to the best possible decision.
My best skills developed from past experience include:
- As a PGA Tour Caddie I learned the value of listening which enables me to focus on my clients’ needs.
- As a Professional Golfer with numerous occasions to instruct I learned the value of patience and developed ways to look at situations from different perspectives in order to have successful results.
- As a hand-picked Nike Golf Brand Ambassador, I utilized my exceptional communication skills which continue to serve me well with follow up, negotiation, and client relations.

I graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida in 2006 and was a walk on member of the Men's Gator Golf team for my last two years of school. After graduation I had the opportunity to travel the country caddying on the PGA and Nationwide Tours for two and a half years. The experience I gained in my travels taught me how to be a world class performer. I learned from the best of the best on how to prepare and perform at the top level.

| Ben was fantastic and meet all my expectations as my realtor. | Ben was determined to sell my house for me. After a buyer was not able to secure financing he worked diligently to get me a new buyer in just two days! He worked with the new buyer to do some minor work so that he could get insurance and even cut the lawn so that there would be no issues during the walk-through. When I have another property for sale, I'm calling Ben for help. |
