Hello,
My name is Beth Suggs from Coastal Development & Realty at Holden Beach, North Carolina.
I am originally from the little town of Cameron, N.C., near Pinehurst and Southern Pines. After marrying my high school sweetheart, Dwight, we moved to Daytona Beach, Fla. for a short time and then made our home in Dunn, N.C. We moved to Holden Beach in 1994 after years of vacationing here. (Our dreams had finally come true.) We have a son, Jeremy, who lives at Holden Beach with his wife, Anndrea and children, Caleb, Caley and Caitlyn. They are truly the joy of my life!
I began my career as a real estate agent in 1995 and have never regretted a moment of that decision. Not only did my dreams of living at the beach come true, but I am now helping make other family's dreams come true. Believe me, that is exciting! I never knew a job could be so much fun!!

Mary T. "Beth" Suggs received her broker's license in 1995. Since that time she has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. She holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation as well as the GRI (Graduate REALTOR'S Institute) and RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist) designations. Beth is the 2006 Past President of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS and served several years as state director of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS. She also served three years as Dean of the North Carolina REALTOR'S Institute. Beth is currently serving a three year term as a Director of the North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation. She is also currently serving on her local Board of REALTORS as the Chairman of the Grievance Committee. Beth and her husband are members of the Shallotte Presbyterian Church.
