| Devin - the best realtor ever! Seriously! She had so many deals going on while she was selling our place and helping us find our new home but her constant hustle is unmatched. She had our house under contract in 3 days and helped us fairly negotiate the purchase/repairs of our new home. Even though she had several other deals/clients, we always felt like we were her only clients when she spoke with us. Also - you will not meet another realtor who is so willing to roll up her sleeves and jump into help wherever needed! I found Devin's greatest strengths to be pricing a home right, marketing skills, fair negotiations, and knowledge of the current market. Her personality and desire to be helpful is just a bonus.
