Benji is originally from the Greenville, NC area (Hookerton in Greene County to be exact).  He graduated from ECU in 1999 with a BSBA in Business Management, and in 2004 went on to receive a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.

Since graduation from college he has worked in the boat building, counseling, advertising, and real estate industries.  He has been a real estate broker since 2005.  He currently holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and eCertified designations.  He has served with the Greenville Pitt Association of REALTORS as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee, member of the Community Development Committee, and member of the REALTOR Political Action Committee.  He has also served on the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation (NCREEF) as a Dean.

Benji specializes in working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate properties.  His education, experience, leadership skills, and superior customer service drastically reduce the stress level of the real estate process because the buyer knows that their best interests are most important.  He was married to his beautiful wife Janice in 2008.  He and Janice welcomed their first little girl, Gabby Lee, in March of 2010.
