Benjalyn has years of experience in real estate and in Business related fields.  She earned her degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from California State University, Northridge.  Ms. Valdez has extensive knowledge in various aspects of real estate and business transactional work, and has held positions as a Short Sale Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and Listing Lead in a high producing real estate office. 

Ms. Valdez understands in great detail the underlying procedures and practices of residential real estate, with an emphasis on managing and processing Short Sale Real Estate transactions and corresponding with institutional Loss Mitigation and Work Out departments.
