I have been helping home owners obtain mortgages since 2001. Whether you are buying a home for the first time or refinancing an existing mortgage the process can seem complicated. From application to close I keep clients informed and advise in a manner that takes the stress out of your transaction. 100% of my business comes from satisfied realtors and past clients. My goal is to deliver a level of service that earns your co-workers, friends, and families business. I can be easily contacted. Following up and returning phone calls in a timely manner is at the top of my priorities.
I specialize in the purchase and refinance of 1-4 unit residential, primary and investment mortgages in Pennsylvania. During application my main concern is the goals of the borrower. There are many loan programs and options to chose from. I concentrate on taylor fitting the loan to fit a borrower's specific needs.
