I have been a realtor for approx. 3 years now; having chosen this profession as a second career. I was a counselor/psychotherapist for 24 years. The main thing I focus on is buyer and seller needs. I prepare CMA's that are current and reflect the market in a specific area. I start right away to ferret out information that will provide buyers and sellers the best results. I work hard to help others meet their real estate goals.
