My home inspections typically run between two to three hours long depending on the size of the house. I strongly encourage your client to follow along with me as I perform the inspection. While the client is with me I will fully explain the findings, and put them in their proper perspective. I take great pride in every inspection I perform. The inspection will include a non-invasive look at all the major components of your client’s future home. When the inspection is over, I will prepare a detailed inspection report regarding the home that will be emailed to the client usually within 24-48 hours.
