Get to Know Donna Barrett
Donna is "native" to the Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood area. As a lifelong resident she considers it an honor and privilege to serve the community where she grew up. She has knowledge of the new and resale home markets, new home construction, loan process, home inspections and leasing markets. Donna's professional career began as an administrative assistant in her father's construction business. Her vast knowledge of commercial and residential construction, provides her clients with valuable information. She brings with her the management experience received from being a team leader for a Fortune 500 Management Consulting Firm in Downtown Houston. She lead a team that produced extensive presentations for such industries as oil & gas, information technology and energy. She worked with many top executives in the management consulting field both nationally and internationally. Working as and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Strategic Relations at one of the leading computer manufacturing companies in the country, Donna gained valuable experience in multi-tasking, exceptional organizational skills and the ability listen to client needs and produce positive results. Donna later went on to own and operate a successful property management business. Donna has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She attributes her skills and talents learned and practiced from her previous career to her success as a Texas Realtor. Donna takes pride in her business and it shows. "A home purchase is one of the largest investments someone will make in their lifetime. I help my clients understand every part of the process. I welcome and encourage their questions". One of her best assets is "the buck stops here" mentality. Donna takes ownership of any issue and with her experience, brings resolution quickly. You will find that honesty and integrity are the principles Donna lives by. On a personal note, Donna enjoys snow & water skiing and softball is her passion. She attended Baylor University where she studied Business and was a proud member of the Baylor University Girls Softball team in Waco, Texas. Donna has an amazing family. She is married, has a daughter and son-in-law who are agriculture teachers and two precious granddaughters that "rock her world". Donna is very thankful for the leadership and guidance of her parents, Lyn & Buddy Wisenbaker. She states that her father instilled in her an unparelled work ethic and her mother, who taught her the real estate business, instilled in her a competitive edge.

I specialize in helping 1st time home buyers, new or resale buyers and sellers, and leasing services. I have owned and operates a successful property management business so I am very well familiar with the latest leasing trends. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors.
