I'm one of many good agents in the area and I have sold my share of properties in our little community. Some of my clients refer to me as, "Fairly Reliable Rusty". I got tired of so many other agent claiming to be, "the best", "top producer", "great", etc. so I decided to tell it like it is in my advertising. "Fairly Reliable" about sums me up. I work for my clients for the best results for them. My mantra is, "It's not my money - it's not my property". I believe in providing my customers & clients market data to make informed decisions. Big Bear is a unique market for most Buyers because there are no "track homes". We have one school district serving our entire student population. There are of course, different areas of our community that fit one Buyer and may not be attractive to another. It's my experience of many years of living and selling in Big Bear that allows me to offer extensive knowledge of specific interests. Lake front homes well into 7 figures and little homes priced as low as a luxary car are available in our community covering about 15 miles east to west and 5 miles north to south.
I enjoy our outdoor activities whether it be on the lake skiing or sailing or on the slopes. I'm not in the office all the time because I do enjoy life in Big Bear. Maybe that's one reason I'm just "Fairly Reliable".
