I'm the owner of a title insurance company covering Luzerne, Lackawanna and Wyoming Counties.  I have over 20 years experience searching titles and conducting real estate closings.  I have been a title insurance agent for 11 years.  I have a been a notary public for 20 years also.

After working for other title companies- large, small and in-between I decided to open my own company.  Then the mortgage crisis happened- guess what- I'm flourishing as I have hand chosen my clientele and aim to fulfill thrir requirements before they even know they have them!

I love working in title insurance- the history, the challenges of the requirements to close, the satisfaction of sitting at the closing table and seeing the happiness of the first time homebuyers as they receive the keys to their home.  I always schedule according to the customer's needs and don't charge a closing fee for after hours or week end closings.  I realize many companies do not allow time off on short notice, so I accomodate the buyer.

I stay current with happenings in the title industry and all the regulations changes.  I search titles frequently so I am in the the ground floor for the changes that affect the searching abilities in my Counties.  I can answer questions- on the spot- for title issues and have a strong underwriting department to fall back on in time of need.
