Bandele represented me as both a buyer and seller of a residential property in Woodland Hills. Her legal background and experience as an architect were also a big asset during the entire process. However, that doesn't begin to describe how much time and effort Bandele put into helping me. From the initial property search, to the final disposition at the close of escrow five years later, she was always dependable. Weekly open houses, appointments, whatever it took...even in emergencies (plumbing disasters, late contractors....) she was there to ensure my best interest were communicated. Always professional and accessible, she returned my calls and emails promptly, and if she said she was going to do something, she made it happen.
