WHO AM I
I relocated to Arizona in May of 2006 and made it my home. I learned early on, from my parents, that hard work, dedication to your profession and respect for all those around you is a way of life. I work hard in all aspects of my life and try to be a fair, understanding and compassionate person.
MY EXPERIENCE
Over 30 years successful sales experience.
• Degree in Marketing from Fordham University, Bronx NY• Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, General Manager and finally Owner of the company• Continuing education in all facets of customer service, sales and support.• Now applying all of these assets to my Real Estate Profession.
· My SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation means I have taken the time to understand the needs, wants and real estate industry as it pertains to the 55+ community.
· My ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) gives me the added knowledge on how to deal with and service buyers from both sides of the transaction.
· My CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation means I am trained and will strive to negotiate the best price for you.

| Gene, is a true professional and knows the Arizona real estate market very well. Gene Went out of his way to get information and results though a less than perfect real estate transaction involving a Fannie Mae owned property. Gene has assisted us with his wealth of knowledge of local business's to aid us with projects for our new home. | We first bought a house with Gene in March of last year in Sun City West. After moving to Sun City West and living in the house full time I decided to buy a larger house. Gene helped me find a larger house that we liked and we bought it. Then he sold our first house quickly without our losing any money on the transaction. |
