In the summer of 2008 I started my own Lakewood Ranch real estate brokerage with the intent of helping both buyers and sellers save money with our flexible commission structure.  I appropriately named the brokerage uKeepCommission Real Estate.  We offer a flat fee listing service as well as full services for only 4.5%.  For typical real estate transactions we also offer 1% cash back to our buyers.  This can save the buyer or seller thousands of dollars at closing.
