I have been in the Mortgage Business since 1990 and I opened Augusta Financial in 1995.
I have been the #1 Loan Officer in the Santa Clarita Valley since 2000.
I am the President of Augusta Financial and I currently have 95 people working for my company. We have an office in Burbank California and and office in Lake Forest California plus we have our main office here in Santa Clarita California.
We are a Mortgage Banker and a Mortgage Broker. We have Underwriters in our main office and they underwrite loans for all three offices. We have the ability to draw our own loan documents and close loans quickly. We are able to accomodate rush fundings and we can close rushed files in less than 2 weeks.
Our company is in expansion mode with and we will be adding other locations in 2011.
I have always been a loan officer first and my company has grown because I take care of my clients, and my employees. I am always looking for ways to help my clients and explain all of the nuances of their financing. My personal loan production has been in the top 25 nationally and in the top 10 in California over the past 10 years. I have been written up in Mortgage Originator Magazine, and featured in Scottsman's Guide. I have done public speaking events and trainings for Real Estate Agents, and Loan Officers. I have spoken at schools and churches to discuss financing and financial planning. Even with my responsibilities as the President of Augusta Financial I will still originate close to 400 files this year.
No matter the accolades and responsibilities, being a loan officer is what I love doing the most and I hope I have the opportunity to help you, your friends, your family or your clients. I love sitting down with a client one on one and going over their loan options and preparing them to purchase their first home.

I know the loan business inside and out. I can help a first time buyer get his credit score up or show a client what to pay off to help him qualify. I will get things done in a timely manner and close every loan on time. I might not be the smartest guy out there, but nobody will out work me. I get in the office around 6am or so every day and I rarely leave before 8pm. I also pride myself on is being honest and being a man of my word. Many people in my business will tell you one thing and deliver another thing and it has given my industry a bad name. My parents taught me how to act and I listened. I feel I have an obligation to everyone I work with to do what is right for them. I have never compromised myself to earn or save a dollar. I will treat you with respect whether you make $10.00 per hour or $10,000,000 per year. All of my clients are the same and you will walk out of my office happy.
