Hi!  My name is Ashley and I have been a Realtor for the better part of a decade!  I started off simply representing buyers and sellers and over time started to spend a larger portion of time working with investors, foreclosures and auction sales.  Somewhere along the way I decided to tackle property management.  I currently manage close to 100 residential rental properties in Lakeland, FL with that number growing each year.  I am excited to offer a management service totally unique to anything we have in the area by customizing the management each client receives, based on their needs.  I appreciate that some owners like to be involved in the management process, while others do not.  I have managed to break away from the "cookie-cutter" management that we typically see in Real Estate offering more options and a much higher rate of client satisfaction.  Which brings me to today...which involves all of the things I mentioned above.  I still love working with both buyers and sellers.  I genuinely care for each and every client and love the satisfaction that comes with seeing that not only are their needs met, but that they are happy and feel taken care of.  I still represent investors in purchases on the open market as well as the foreclosure auction. And whether it is 1 investment property or 20, I am happy to help manage them all!  I am a member of NAR and LAR and became a Real Estate Broker in 2012.

Sometimes, I have spare time.  My favorite thing to do is to spend time with my family.  I also enjoy cooking & baking.  One hobby that I have is blogging.  My blog is www.bitsofash.com.  Here I share new recipes that I have tried as well as family recipes.  And I forgot to mention yoga!  I love yoga and carry an RYT500 certification. I have taught at several local studios as well as Florida Southern College over the last 5 years.
