My blog is in response to my recent acquisition of my real estate license and my trials, errors and successes during the first year. My philosophy is that one must have humor in order to survive the everyday routine. Well, each and every day I am faced with either laughing at my own acts of inexperience or letting the fear of messing up dictate my future. Therefore, I just see the silliness for what it is and try again and again and again, in some cases. At the ripe old age of 24, who wants to take themselves too serious anyways?
Many agents have been in the business so long that they get too accustomed to working with public and then forget to listen. As with any service, I work for you. You tell me what you want and I try within reason to make your home dreams become a reality. I shouldn't tell you where you want to live or what your budget should be. I need to listen to what you have to say, respect your wishes and try to make your budget meet the criteria.
I am a new REALTOR® in the tri cities area trying to create a name for myself. Being young and fresh does present some pitfalls but also offers an abundance of opportunities.
