Welcome!  My name is Cathy Miles and I am an experienced, full time Realtor® who specializes in empowering buyers and sellers to make sound decisions in all of their real estate transactions in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati areas.   In Northern KY, I specialize in Florence,  Burlington, Hebron, Union, and surrounding areas.  In Greater CINCINNATI,  I specialize in Mason, West Chester, Fairfield, Loveland and surrounding areas.

Mark Twain once remarked about river boat captains who navigate the river, noting that since the current of the river changes daily, only a captain who is on the river daily can effectively guide the boat to safe passage on any particular day. I am one of those full time Navigators, working with investors, the general public and relocation clients in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. I grew up in Cincinnati, currently reside in Northern Kentucky, and am officially licensed in both states.

In my first year with EXIT Realty Tri State in KY, I earned "Rookie of the Year" for the Kentucky and Tennessee Region, working extensively with Foreclosures/REOs and residential sales.  I am also a multi million dollar producer and have been rated in the top 10 agents for buyers respresented.   At EXIT Realty West in Cincinnati, I head up the REO department in addition to working with buyers and sellers in my target areas. Together with a background in sales, marketing, investing, rehabbing, budgeting and land lording, I bring to the table a unique set of skill sets and experience that often provides additional, rich layers of information and insight for my clients.

It is my goal to secure good business deals for all my buyers and sellers through best practices and diligent research. I actually really do care about each and every transaction and the people involved.....it's what makes my world go round!
