| We worked with Melanie for our relocation and purchase of our new home in Gilbert. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We reached out to her in January 2015 to casually look around and get a feel for neighborhoods. We weren't even certain we would be moving within the year; however, this did not deter Melanie from spending ample time with us educating us about different areas (Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa) and taking us around for several hours. We weren't even serious buyers at this point, but Melanie spent a lot of time with us which really meant a lot to me. Once we were serious, she helped my husband and I find the home of our dreams. It was everything we wanted! Once we were under contract, Melanie was amazing at keeping us in the loop. This was especially important as we were relocating from Chicago, and there is a 2 hour time difference. Honestly, it was great because Melanie would get back to us within minutes. I don't think she was ever unavailable no matter the time! Melanie was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, but especially to someone that is relocating from out of town. She was very receptive and understood what we wanted. Now, we are happily living in Gilbert in the home of our dreams! |

| John Sposato sold our home to the first buyer who saw it! We lived in Scottsdale Ranch but got a sudden job opportunity in Portland. We had to move quickly, so John came over, showed us the values in the neighborhood, quickly assessed our home and what things we could do to get it on the market and get a quick sale. He helped with obtaining contractors to spruce up and fix a few items in the home. This all happened as we were heading into the holidays, yet we still had a buyer and closing within 3 weeks of going on the Market! | This was the most painless real estate transaction I have ever experienced! It could have easily been the most difficult as we started the communication when we were living 1500 miles away. Working with John we were able to have a full day of viewing houses as soon as we landed in Phoenix. He knew what we were looking for and was more interested in our finding the perfect house than in just selling us a house. He was very knowledgeable about the entire Phoenix Metro Area and was able to give us very useful information about all areas of the valley. Once we had decided on the house, he and Terry worked tirelessly to help iron out the details and arrangements so that everything was set for financing. Terry was amazing as far as making arrangements to get details handled long distance. She had recommendations for service people that were very accommodating as well as excellent at their jobs. From the time we landed in Phoenix to the time we were able to take possession ,was literally less than 4 weeks and there was nothing but quality work and communication. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with!! |

| If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Phoenix area you can’t find anyone better than Melanie. I was looking for a small condo to escape to in the sun and Melanie was recommended by a friend. I wasn’t looking to spend a lot but Melanie treated me as if I was spending millions. As a Canadian buyer, Melanie provided me with all the information I needed, guided me through the process, and stayed with me through multiple frustrating bids and the final purchase. She was my eyes as I was unable to fly down and now, after the closing, has even offered to go and check on my little hideaway from the cold and stress.
