Orlando has been involved in residential real estate since 1988. Originally from California, He moved to Austin in 2001. After leaving real estate appraising for 5 years to pursue a career in IT, Orlando decided his true calling is real estate. He is a Texas State Certified Residential Appraiser. Orlando originally joined a local appraisal firm in 2006 to gain experience of the local market prior to founding Appraisal IQ. He has been appraising residential property in Austin, and surrounding central Texas communities.
