| Thank you Oyler Team! When I received the approval letter from my lender, I was ecstatic! I was referred to Steve at that time and could not wait to go house hunting. Then, all of a sudden, I realized I was in the “pool” with all the other buyers out there with minimal houses to choose from. I hope other buyers have Steve to count on while looking and making offers. Let me tell you, Steve, my buying agent, was quick to the challenge. We went and looked at couple houses and I was not impressed with the selection within my budget. Then, my little beauty, my dream house, popped up on the MLS and Steve scheduled us an appointment to view it right away. We went and looked at it and I fell in love with the house. At that point, I was nervous regarding what to offer; how do I tell Steve to do whatever it takes to get me this house? I was blunt and he could tell we did not want to let this one pass us by. We immediately drove to Starbucks and drew up a contract, right then and there! The agent selling the house was only taking offers for the next twelve hours. What a rush! Steve and his Team knew if our offer was not attractive, there was no way I could get that house. So after two hours at Starbucks, the offer was sent and the waiting game began. While being strategic, he fought for me and protected my interest to get me the best deal possible. Twelve hours later, our offer was accepted! What a relief! Steve made it possible due to his lack of sleep and persistent ambition. He stayed on the seller’s agent and provided constant feedback to me during the whole process. There were a few times I sent him some email and texts just to vent about how stressed how I was. He was very honest and put my mind at ease. One month later, with Steve by my side, I closed on the house! It wasn’t as bad of a process as it could have been. Really, I owe that to Steve. If he can get me (a stressed single mother) through the home buying ordeal, I’m sure he can handle any kind of client.
