Assess your home's condition and curb appeal and make suggestions for accessing a top dollar sale. 4). Implement a marketing plan to maximize the awareness of the property to as many buyers as possible. 5). Objectively counsel you on a buyer's offer; including its merits and weaknesses, obtain information on the buyer's qualifications and negotiate on your behalf to ensure the best price, terms and conditions possible. 6). Make sure all documents have been completed properly and coordinate accessing your home, if conditions in the agreement warrant entry, and adhere to timelines that were agreed to. 7). Explain any conflicts that could develop from inspections, and help with clarifying/resolving them. 8). Coordinate the closing. 9). Help with any questions regarding moving. 10). Find your new home. Everyone's situation is different, so, whether it's finding you a home during the sale of your property, or after, Anthony has done this many times before and is very aware of the intricacies involved with a seamless transaction.

Holding licenses in three states (Rhode Island, Massachusetts & Florida) has helped him experience/close many types of real estate transactions and allows Anthony to put that experience to work for you.
