Hi there! As a RE Investor I've been flipping houses for just over 15 years! In that time I have learned what buyers want and what will make them pay top dollar! Over the last number of years I began staging my houses for sale and was really impressed with the results. I began casually consulting for friends & other investors sharing Home Staging tips & ideas. As demand for my services grew - I began Maximum Impact Plus - Home Staging & Consulting! Having obtained my certification as a CSP (Certified Staging Professional) I am very excited about sharing my knowledge with Home Owners looking to obtain top dollar for their homes. I firmly believe every Home Owner deserves to get the best possible price for their Home and it breaks my heart when they don't! I always think "cost benefit analysis" and will only make recommendations that I believe the client will see the best returns on. In addition, I also offer consulting services to Home Owners before they do renovations to ensure they can obtain a return on the dollars they invest in their reno's - keeping money in their pockets!
