The now successful Exclusive Buyer’s Broker has had an eclectic (yet impressive!) career path, with different positions with a variety of companies, but was ultimately fascinated by the real estate industry and the idea of becoming an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker for Columbus home buyers. Furthering his knowledge of the industry, Andrew has been a real estate investor since 1983. With experience dabbling in the art of fixing up and renting/selling homes, he has taken his expertise and skill set yet another notch higher.
As one of Ohio’s only Exclusive Buyer’s Brokers, Andrew received his real estate license in 1992 and his broker’s license in 1995. His ability to listen to his Buyer-Clients and genuine passion for doing what’s best for each and every transaction has exceeded the expectations of home buyers in the metro Columbus area for 22 years. He spends time studying the current market and coming up with successful negotiating strategies and tactics to achieve the best price and terms for home buyers. Whether it’s finding a first home, relocating to a new part of town or finding the perfect place to retire, Andrew finds fulfillment in being able to help people at various stages of their lives, catering to their unique circumstances, all without any conflicts of interest, insider trading, or double dipping on the commission.
He has chaired four Columbus Realtor committees (including Professional Standards, Residential Membership, Technology Users, and Standard Forms) was a past regional director and then president of NAEBA, a broker-member of the Columbus Association of Realtors and a lifetime member of the Ohio State University Alumni Association and the American Motorcyclist Association.
Andrew’s success has earned him national recognition in the industry and media as an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker. When he is not helping metro Columbus home buyers find real estate success, Andrew enjoys attending OSU football games and riding his Kawasaki Drifter - which looks like a 1950’s Indian motorcycle!
