Licensed since 2003, I worked with a small company for the first year to "learn the ropes". Having been the owner/operator of a small cabinet shop for the previous 12 years, I had a lot to learn. I joined Coldwell Banker SSK when they opened an office in Milledgeville in 2005. Within 5 years of business Coldwell Banker became the number one real estate company in off water sales, and number two overall. We grew from the origional 6 agents to 25 agents quickly. Coldwell Banker SSK brought "modern" real estate to the area. I am a full time employee of the University of Georgia as a state inspector for the government's weatherization program. I completed my HERS certification in September 2010 and I am also a BPI Building Analyst, Healthy Homes Specialist, Certified DET Tester and RRP Lead Safe Renovater. I am a new construction specialist and want to make "green" construction the norm in the south! I am very familiar with the Lake Sinclair area and the 5 surrounding counties.

I have specialized in new construction for the last three years and have helped many people build or buy their dream home. I have reo experience working with both buyers and sellers. I finished up and sold four foreclosures for Suntrust Bank in 2009. I work with many investors that like to purchase properties to rent or lease purchase.
I also have a company "Southern Exposure" that does blower door/duct blaster testing, energy auditing and insulation inspection. When you buy a home, don't "air condition the neighborhood"!
