Andrea Weathers grew up in Charleston  - spending her summers on Folly Beach and winters in North Charleston.  Andrea grew up learning about construction and remodeling with her father, who was a Charleston general contractor. Andrea earned her B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) degree from the University of South Carolina.  She put her marketing knowledge to work for her, operating the Sandbar Seafood Restaurant with her family until the early 1990's.  While raising her three daughters for the next 18 years, she managed family property, concentrating on both vacation and yearly rentals.  In 2007 Andrea made the transition to Realtor.  She is a local children's author, artist, director of the Miss Sea and Sand Festival Pageant, Begin with Books Folly Beach chair, member of FB United Methodist Chuch, FB Art Guild, FB Civic Club, and Board member of the Charleston Friends of the Libary.
