I have been an Evergreen and Denver, Colorado resident since 1976 and a Residential Sales Specialist of Denver-Metro-West/Foothill properties since 1997.  I previously worked with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and currently work as a RE/MAX Alliance affiliate and owner/president of Ike Realty, LLC (Investment Properties). I hold a Bachelor Studies in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialty in Marketing.  I’m a Certified Relocation Specialist (CMRS), a Certified Mountain Area Specialist(CMAS) and consistently study are changing Real Estate market  to better educate and facilitate my clients in their pursuit of Buying and Selling homes.  I earn yearly awards for high levels of production and outstanding performance.
