Staging Sells Homes Faster!

Do you know how buyers see your home? Does it compete favorably against all the other ones on the market? I'm here to help you get the most money possible out of your biggest investment! With over 7 years of staging and design experience and certification in both fields, I keep up with ever-involving trends and styles so I know what buyers today appreciate and relate to. I use a designer's eye to edit, re-arrange, and style your furnishings and accessories -- or bring in rentals -- so that your on-line photos are outstanding and draw in the most buyers.  The cost of staging is ALWAYS less than the cost of a  price reduction if you DON'T stage. Almost every house -- occupied or vacant -- will benefit from staging to overcome buyer objections (awkward rooms, small rooms, even too large rooms) and make it look warm, inviting and larger. Stagers create environments that buyers emotionally connect with!

Certifications

I can stage any size or style of house or apartment to fit its target demographic. Part of my service involves conducting the research to know what your market is and how your property needs to be presented to the public. I am an expert shopper who keeps up with the trends in home design and can generally work with your own furniture and belongings; my expertise is in knowing what needs to be stored elsewhere, how to de-personalize and neutralize spaces to appeal to the most buyers, how to pare down rooms to the desirable minimums to make them look more spacious but still inviting, how to rearrange furniture and accessories for the best flow and look, and where and what to buy in terms of any new pieces your home may require to bring it up to buyers' standards. I have over $30,000 worth of accessories (small furniture items, rugs, lamps, art, mirrors, bedding, towels, throws, pillows, florals/trees, decorative items)  to bring life and "pizazz" into your home to help it stand out from the crowd and make a lasting positive impression. Every home has drawbacks and positives; I know how to downplay the former and play up the latter to full advantage!
