A full time resident of Bethany Beach for the last ten years, Allison spent her youth vacationing on the Eastern Shore, enjoying the good life in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, as well as in Ocean City, Maryland. Prior to starting her real estate career in 2004, Allison spent 20 years in the hotel business, working in Wilmington, DE, Jacksonville, FL, Baltimore, MD, Ireland, and most recently, Ocean City, MD, where she was the General Manager of a large resort hotel. Allison resides in Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club and is a Sea Colony owner.   Colleen Kellner, REALTOR Colleen Kellner has been a Sussex County resident since 1987, moving to this area from Pittsburgh. She currently lives in Selbyville with her family. Colleen began working for Sea Colony in the Accounting department, becoming familiar with the communities that were managed by them within the 8 years she worked there. Since then, Colleen moved on to real estate to work as a sales agent for Seacoast Realty, and most recently Long & Foster in Bethany Beach. Colleen joined the Allison Stine Team in July 2006.
