I have: --Led a successful real estate team to close 915 transactions. --Built a system for the sale of REOs (Real Estate Owned by banks) that is not only efficient and effective, but has resulted in $47,000,000 in closed REO listings from 2012 through 2017. --Taken brand new brokers and coached them to the top 5% of ALL sales brokers within their first year. --Taught classes in sales (including short sales), investing in real estate, motivation, team building, and the disciplines of execution. --Trained a top sales team from the bottom up. As for my free time, I believe that happiness is a 72-mile, six-day trip through the North Cascades following the last section of the Pacific Crest Trail and looping through the Paysaten Wilderness.
