My name is Alicia O’Connell. I am a local Licensed Community Association Manager and Real Estate Sales Associate. 

I have been a resident of Port Orange since 1992. Active in my community as a Girl Scout leader, school volunteer and assisting my husband Mike, on the baseball fields at Port Orange Parks & Recreation Center.  

I am married to Mike, also a local real estate agent, since 2008 and together we have seven children. We are proud to call this area our home. 

I have 7 years experience in managing condominium associations and I believe this would help a future owner who wishes to purchase a unit in a condominium. I know about the Florida Statues, Condominium By-laws and the Rules and Regulations that govern our condos. I believe it is informed people that make the happiest owners and tenants.
