Mary Cardany

Hello, my name is Mary Cardany. I was born in Washington, D.C. and I have lived my entire life in the metropolitan area suburbs of Maryland. I am a graduate of Immaculata Preparatory School in the district and have always worked in either Frederick or Montgomery County. I am passionate about my family life, and hold dear the strong values I learned while growing up. Since then, I have focused on teaching those same values to my three wonderful children, Kristin, Katie and Mike. I have always cherished my ability to build strong relationships and to be an active memeber of my community. Over the years, I feel that I have succeeded in doing that while working in the dental field and now as a partner with my husband, Al, in our real estate business. My mission is to be relentless in helping those who seek my assistance, and to persist in helping them meet their goals. Through experience, integrity, and a strong knowledge of our community, I feel that I am thoroughly prepared to do just that.

Hello, my name is Al Cardany. I am a native Washingtonian, born and raised in Montgomery County. I am a graduate of St. John's College High School in Washington D.C. and attended the University of Maryland in College Park. Married in 1973 and the proud father of three wonderful children, Kristin, Katie and Mike, my wife Mary and I currently reside as "empty nesters" in Clarksburg. My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy my client's needs to the best of my ability. My extensive experience and proven track record are factors you can count on when working together.
