I am Marin County resident since 1990 and in the Bay area since 1984. I have 14 years experience in real estate including 7 years in Marin. I should say to be fortunate to have started my real estate career in France with a company with various department as residential, commercial and property management. I had several tasks and duty and certainly property management gave me a valuable knowledge I can pass to my clients especially first time buyer. I have been involved from old structure rehabilitation to large condo complex to manage and often update their structure and system such as drainage, sewer, heater, insulation and more. This experience gave me a lot of confidence to understand the mechanic of any structure.

I am also addicted to additional education and certification. I am GRI certified (Graduate Real Estate Institute). I have been impressed by the quality of the courses and each speakers often PHD or practicing attorney in their elected field. There is no doubt that I have gained some valuable confidence I can pass to my clients.

Another certification is ECOGREEN REAL ESTATE AGENT CERTIFIED. This was a challenge of study and certainly unlimited field to explore. This is a great opportunity to transform a structure for better efficiency and lifestyle. This can be beaucoup bucks, but also can be done progressively and with affordable budget. The goal is to improve a lifestyle with natural environment and traditional setting.

There is no exception of the rule to be concerned by our present economy meaning in real estate as short sale, foreclosure, deed-in-lieu and default industry. I see every day vacant properties and people affected by foreclosure. This is sad in many cases but this is also an option to start again. I have successfully represented owners with short sale to ease their responsibilities with lenders. I have also represented lenders to sell their asset at the highest ratio listing price/selling price.

I am certified REO agent. NFSTI certified 2009, REOMAC Certified 2009, REOTRANS Platinum certified are a few studies which give me more chance to help sellers in distress and lenders with their asset.

I also perform property valuations as more than 500 which give me a solid knowledge of the local market. These valuations known as BPO (Broker Price Opinion) are necessary for the lenders in many phases of the loan as risk assessment, loan modification, short sale amd preforeclosure stage.

Wether my client is a first time buyer  for a small condo unit or a large financial institution to sell their REO, I am available to do the extra step for detail and quality service. I like a good communication. I offer my time and service for a better understanding.
