I keep current on the market and have the following certifications - CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), CREOLAS (Certified REO Listing Agent Specialist), DS-CORE (Default Servicing CORE Certification). I am a member of NAHREP (National Association of Real Estate Professionals) and RESCUE (Real Experts Serving Communities Utilizing Education).
