| AJ was a diligent worker and efficient in getting the appointments set up for touring multiple houses a time, and always available even in Saturday or Sunday for touring. The most helpful thing AJ did during our buying process is the owner had a underground oil tank had to be removed before the closing, due to the cold weather, it was taking long time and couldn't get them completed on time. AJ was good, he was on top of that, proactively interacted with the seller agent and the lender loan processor and was able to collaborate with all parties and had the house closed before the loan application expires. I would recommend his service especially for people looking for houses in syosset area. |

| My wife and I used AJ as our Realtor when we were looking for a house in Syosset, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was tremendously knowledgeable about each of the houses he showed us and even gave us renovation ideas as we were walking through. He was flexible with his schedule and was always available when we needed him. He was also very open and honest about the value of each house and how the asking price compared to market value. I would highly recommend using AJ whether you are buying or selling a home. |
