Get to Know Rhonda Youell

Originally a South Carolina native, my husband and I have lived in 5 states and in 13 different homes before choosing Aiken county to raise our 3 children. Having been a resident of the Aiken/ North Augusta area for the past 29 years, I love living here and am knowledgeable of Aiken and the surrounding counties. I have learned by personal experience that a qualified and caring Realtor can make a difference.

I have spent many years teaching age sensitivity training and providing seminars, social activities and a myriad of services to senior adults. This training has helped me to be especially qualified to assist senior adults with their housing needs.

My children are married and I have assisted them in the purchase of their first homes, so I understand first hand the importance of having a Realtor who will take time to explain the process and provide good guidance to the first time home buyers.
