My parents moved to Guam in 1968 from a small town (now a big town) called Garner, North Carolina.  I've been in Guam since ever since.  During college in Guam I met a friend that was starting up a computer firm and he asked me to join.  We later sold the company, the ComputerLand franchise, and thus began my career in real estate.  I started my career in real estate just as the Asian economic crisis was about to begin.  The first three years of my career saw prices in our market drop by 50 to 75%.  What a way to welcome me to the business of real estate!  Challenging times make for challenging people.  I didn't quit.  I kept on doing what was right... creating the dream of home ownership for as many folks as I could.  Later on I decided that it was time to share my knowledge and principles and way of doing business with others, and along with my business partner John Lin, formed Today's Realty.  Today, with almost 40 real estate professionals, including Guam's top real estate agents, brokers and staff, Today's Realty commands on average approximately 20 to 25% of the closed business volume as reported to the Guam Multiple Listing Service.  All members at Today's Realty are members of the Guam Association of REALTORS, many have served in leadership roles in the organization.  I have served five terms as the President of the Guam Association of REALTORS and various terms as national director.  I will serve again as President in 2011.  The basis of our business is still to help as many as possible utter the words "it's my home".   When I first became a real estate agent, i coined the phrase, "Guam is my home, I would love to make it yours".  Now that phrase is the foundation for everything we do at Today's Realty and has been re-coined "Guam is our home, We would love to make it yours!".   We truly are all about Guam real estate and would love to share our island paradise with you.
