| I cannot say enough great things about Maya! I first met her when I tried to brave the real estate world on my own. I found a house that she was selling and it just went off from there. She helped me understand a lot of what I didn't know and also understood, herself, that I was extremely self-sufficient and really hated having to listen to something that I've heard a million times before. I know what escrow is, I know what a demand it... etc. She was so pleasant to work with and VERY accessible! The first house didn't go as planned... My loan fell through on the last day of escrow - by no fault of Maya's or my own. Within the week I was already back out there trying to find another home. Even after I purchased my home (which i LOVE) Maya was still there for me. I got a scam letter in the mail and I asked Maya what it was. She immediately asked the title company for me and together we found out it was a scam. It's nice to know someone has your back like that. As soon as I find someone who needs to buy or sell their home, Maya will be the first person I recommend! |

| My wife and I are only a couple days away from signing the final closing docs on our old place in Oakland. We had a great experience with our agent and would highly recommend her for anyone looking either to buy or sell. Agent Maya Willner with Keller Williams. Just to give you some small details. Our place went pending in about ~ 10 days, we are wrapping up closing is less than 20, and are extremely pleased with not only what our place went for but the communication and enthusiasm we received. If your in the market, I high recommend giving Maya a call. She works very hard for her clients. |
