If we believe that we cannot handle all of their needs properly, we will then refer or recommend the client to a Realtor that know will take care of them better than we cold have.
We serve all 4 local counties that make up the Tampa Bay area with our main areas of expertise in the luxury estate homes, golf course community homes, water front properties, Short Sale and Foreclosure homes in the Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
1- Hillsborough County: Tampa, Davis Islands, Harbour Island, South Tampa, Carrollwood, Odessa, Lutz, Brandon, Valrico, Lithia, Riverview & Plant City. * I have included a few direct links to each city. The following 4 designations took over 2 years to complete in all, required a specific number of sales & a specific dollar sales volume. All courses had to be completed in a specific time frame and passed on a 100 point system then verified by each institution for authenticity and their validity. They are sanctioned & approved as well by NAR-The National Assoc of Realtors. The web sites for each have been attached to read about each the designation.
1- The GRI: Gradute of the Realtor Institute. http://www.realtor.org/griclear.nsf/pages/WhoIsaGRI?opendocument. Considered the most difficult to attain (1 to 2 plus years depending on number of sales & dollar volume) and possibly the most respected. Avg numbers of Realtors that have the GRI designation = ONLY 4% of ALL Realtors.
2- The CRS: Certified Residential Specialist: http://www.crs.com/About_CRS/56. Many agents say they are but very few have the sales, education and certification to prove they specialists. Also very recognize and well respected with sales and specific courses having been taken and all courses passed. Avg numbers of Realtors that have the CRS = ONLY 4% of ALL Realtors.
3- The e-Pro: http://www.epronar.com/RosterProfile.aspx?RID=35764 An incredible world or resourse for Realtors that want to go the extra mile to utilize the internet to market their clients properties effectively internationally. Average length of time needed=1 year. Avg numbers of Realtors that have the e-Pro designation = ONLY 4% of ALL Realtors.

| Tony and Melanie where absolutely the best choice we could find to not only Sell or home but we asked them to find us a beautiful home and they did. They were very professional and listened to what we wanted. We Sold our home in less then 30 days which was amazing. Make sure you call them before you hire anyone.
