German Ruiz,  got his start in real estate 28 years ago as a courier for Title Delivery Services (TDS).  Shortly after being promoted to area manager, German was recruited to run the Mail/Dispatch Department at Continental Lawyers Title, now known as LandAmerica Title.  His hard work soon won him yet another promotion as a Customer Service and Farm Rep.   His work in title has spanned 17 years and has included in-house positions with Ticor and Cal Counties Title.  

German’s dedication and gregariousness are what brought him an opportunity to work in property management and unite with his brother, Edwin Ruiz, a successful realtor in his own right.  This hard working team of brothers has managed to provide a valuable and high level of service to their real estate clientele.   Service, loyalty and family are the tenets that guide German and Edwin  when working with  clients to bring all transactions to a successful close.
