Since I was a little girl, I have been decorating my doll and barbie houses, as well as my own bedrooms and living spaces. For over 20years I have been incorporating my love and passion for home decor and design into my life. I am a world traveler and have lived in over 7 states including Hawaii and studied abroad in Florence, Italy where I gained an even more sincere appreciation for art, architecture and design. I believe the key to living a happy, balanced life is ensuring you have a warm, welcoming, calm and peaceful retreat you can call home. Even if only a temporary living situation or living in rentals, as I have for the past 10+ years, everyone has the right and responsibility to create a beautiful and functional space for themselves. I am here to help you do that! I try to use existing furnishings and decor whenever possible to keep things 'green' and less expensive. I believe in reusing, recycling and re-purposing any and everything imaginable. It makes for a challenging, yet oh so rewarding outcome in the end! I don't have one particular look or style that I always use, because I believe that each individual homeowner should dictate what makes them happy and I can then implement it. However, I am partial to anything eclectic, worldly and semi-tropical infused, as I love incorporating plants and palm whenever possible to bring the outdoors in, and I feel most inspired around natural beauty, with a hint of contemporary flair, whether it be blending bold colors and patterns, with rich wood tones and various textures.
