Not only am I a NJ Licensed Title Insurance Producer and NJ Notary Public Commission, I also work in the office helping to process loans, order payoffs, search judgments, prepare documents, etc. When working with a client, I have my hands on the deal from the second it comes through our fax to the second the loan funds. Working in an office with two of the most highly trained individuals in title, I am learning new things everyday. Since I work on the orders directly, I have a bit of an edge over the next closing agent . I will be able to answer any questions the borrower may have at the closing table seeing as I have been involved in processing the loan and have first hand knowledge of what went on, the borrower can feel comfortable and confident in my answers.
