GRI stands for a Graduate of the Realtor Institute that involved six 2 day courses and exams after each course and dealt with all facets of being a successful realtor. The ABR designation is an Accredited Buyer Representative so that Colleen can work under contract to represent Buyers and deal confidentially with every part of the buying process. ePRO indicates a high level of expertise with the internet and was completed through an online course of study. GREEN is the latest National Association of Realtors designations and explores ways to be environmentally conscious and recognize homes or appliances for energy efficiency.
